　　Sylvan Learning Center - Topeka, Kansas  Beginning Reading Teacher  The Sylvan Learning Center in Topeka is looking for fun, dedicated teachers to inspire and help our students achieve academic excellence.   We are currently accepting applications for Beginning Reading (Pre-K-2nd) Teachers.   When is the last time you had a chance to really make a difference with your students? We value your input on each student and we need your expertise to help our students be successful.   It's JUST TEACHING - NO LESSON PLANNING!   JOB REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's Degree * Teaching Credential (current or expired) * A strong background in phonics, phonemic awareness, and comprehension * Experience with early learners * Comfortable using manipulatives and other materials to supplement instruction Availability Preferred: * School Year: Mon-Thurs 4:30-7:30 pm & Sat 9:30 am -12:30 pm Contact Kimberly Mattox, Center Director - [email protected] OR 785.272.6284 - to schedule an interview!
