We are looking for a motivated, energetic Banquet Manager to join our team.
As a Banquet Manager you will have the opportunity to work as part of our talented management team focusing on the planning and execution of all catered events.
What you'll be doing:
Supervises all catering events operations, including logistics, quality improvement and sanitation.
Prepares daily and weekly sales and cost reports, tracks and monitors all food and labor costs.
Develops and maintains excellent relationships with all associates, clients and customers.
Facilitates catering staff training, including service techniques, customer service and event logistics.
Assists the Executive Chef with menu development.
Ensures that all menus and catering materials are professionally prepared and presented.

Must-haves:
The ideal candidate must possess strong interpersonal and customer skills.
Have the ability to handle multiple tasks using time and task management skills.
Prior Catering Management experience
Nice-to-haves:
Prior food service experience is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft software programs.
Associate degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
