  About The Team

  1GBM EUI are the Global Business Marketing team (GBM) and champions TikTok in the B2B world, looking to educate, inspire and create opportunities for our sales teams to develop and foster key client relationships and demonstrate how TikTok can deliver business outcomes for their business.

  B2B Marketing develops events, engagement platforms, marketing communications and strategic industry relations that amplify the TikTok brand and scale our voice. Build our brand and reputation in the industry to drive business growth.

  About the role

  We are looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to join our Benelux team, someone who is strategic, smart, creative, and a data-driven marketer. Someone who is high-performing and thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys creating and scaling within integrated marketing channels. You will support the regional B2B Marketing Lead in developing and executing campaigns end-to-end including identifying target segments, developing content, establishing tracking mechanisms, and reporting and iterating on results.

  The ideal candidate has experience in driving innovation, with extensive hands-on experience organising events and working on cross-functional campaigns with a dynamic network of stakeholders. If you're looking to join a growing team in the Benelux markets, this is a great fit for you.

  As a B2B Marketing Manager dedicated to the Benelux region, you will be responsible for developing and executing the B2B marketing strategy for the Benelux market. Your role will encompass various aspects of marketing, including content creation, industry relationship management, and event coordination. You will serve as the primary point of contact for TikTok within the Global Business Solutions (GBS) team and across cross-functional teams (XFN).

  Responsibilities

  - B2B Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy specifically tailored for the Benelux region in alignment with overall company and marketing objectives.

  - Content Creation: Create compelling and relevant marketing content, including case studies, blog posts, and newsletters, to engage and educate the B2B audience in the Benelux market.

  - Industry Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and industry influencers in the Benelux region. Leverage these connections to strengthen the company's position in the market.

  - Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, trade shows, and webinars targeting the B2B audience in the Benelux region. Ensure these events align with the B2B marketing strategy and deliver measurable results.

  - TikTok Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for TikTok within the GBS Benelux team, facilitating communication and collaboration between your marketing team and TikTok's representatives.

  - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with XFN teams (MarSci, MarSol, COMS, OPS etc.) to ensure that the marketing efforts align with the goals and objectives of various departments.

  - Budget Management: Manage the B2B marketing budget for the Benelux region, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and optimising ROI.

  - Performance Metrics: Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to B2B marketing efforts in Benelux, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve targets.

  Qualifications

  Qualifications

  - Superb understanding of TikTok's owned-and-operated properties;

  - Fluent bi-lingual communication skills of Dutch and English

  - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment;

  - Strong understanding of digital marketing, especially the mobile, social landscape;

  - Good knowledge of the media and advertising landscape in Benelux

  - Proven B2B marketing/ marketing experience

  - Self-starter, a fast learner who is detail-oriented and has critical thinking;

  - Ability to work independently and as a team across different departments.
