Infosys is seeking Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) Lead Engineer. This role requires close partnership and collaboration with other Engineers and Subject Matter Experts. Essential Job Duties AVD Consultant having experience with AVD Administration. The AVD needs to maintain best practices and collaborates with the architecture and application teams to set the technical vision and target architecture.
Required Qualifications:
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Tempe, AZ; Phoenix, AZ; Richardson, TX; Raleigh, NC; Hartford, CT; Bridgewater, NJ; Providence, RI or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.
• At least 3 Years of related experience in an IT support organization with 7000+ users management through Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) on Azure windows-based systems across the enterprise, including FsLogix and identity management solutions.
• Experience in managing and maintaining enterprise AVD and Citrix platforms, incorporating Azure Virtual Desktop, FsLogix Profile Solution, Azure SSO, Citrix XenDesktop and XenApp, Citrix FAS technologies
• Experience in Monitoring & Troubleshooting issues using Azure Desktop Insights
• Exposure on installing, configuring, and troubleshooting AVD Stack
• Should have knowledge of Remote Infrastructure Management- Active Directory & DNS.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Understanding on DevOps workflows to auto-scale AVD solution as per monitoring metrics and end to end golden image management.
• Good to have knowledge for Citrix Cloud DaaS.
• Good to have knowledge for PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with project management
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel

• Effective communicator, both written and verbal, to all levels, including management
• Citrix certifications a plus
Key Responsibilities (not limited to):
• Analyzing, troubleshooting and fixing complex issues in mixed enterprise environments for end customers
• Implement best practices on AVD with Microsoft Windows 10/11 MultiSession OS and FsLogix for best performance and reliability.
• To create AVD support related documentation. SOP for technical processes to help the new team members
• To perform daily health, check Scripted/Manual to ensure uptime and availability of Citrix related services
• Creation of Host Pools, Scale-Up host pool by adding new VMs for corresponding business within organizations.
• Manage GPO specific to AVD OUs for security hardening and automation
• Administration, Monitoring & manage application deployment using MSIX package, SCCM/Tanium packages using FFLogix app masking feture and keep golden images upto date.
• Troubleshooting FSLogix User Profile Issues /Isolating Applications failures and Review the Event Logs for Errors and troubleshoot accordingly.
• Responsible for technical role providing support, isolating, diagnosing, and resolving incidents to restore service as quickly as possible and within defined service levels agreement.
• Responsible for resolving end user tickets and providing RCA, whenever required.
• Technical Support which mainly includes working on break fixes, production down, helping customers to implement, deploy and upgrade their environments.
• Handle Application/VDI issues published from AVD and troubleshooting user end issue.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
