　　Analytics & Behavior Change (A&BC) is an organization working to solve some of the most challenging problems at the intersection of technology, healthcare and retail. A&BC leverages advanced analytics, machine learning, modeling, and a hypothesis-driven approach to quickly transform data into actionable, customer-centric insights to drive growth, improve health outcomes and access to health care across all CVS Health and 100+ million customers.

　　We are looking for a rockstar AVP, Product Manager who will work closely with the SVP, Consumer Analytics to take CVSH to the next level. This is an individual contributor role that will work cross-functionally to help manage a 500-person organization. This position has two main objectives: 1. setting product strategy; defining OKRs; managing the business; 2. strategic projects that cross the entire Consumer Analytics organization. This is a high impact opportunity with direct exposure to Executive's across the enterprise to drive exponential growth.

　　The typical pay range for this role is:

　　$180,000.00 - $365,000.00

　　This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
