We are in search of an Assistant Vice President, Product Manager to join our dynamic Products team. While candidates can be based in any state where we have a presence, we prefer individuals in the greater Columbus, Ohio, or Jacksonville, Florida, area. This role primarily offers the flexibility of remote work.
As the AVP, Product Manager, you will oversee all facets of a product portfolio centered around correspondent/financial products with a focus on modern payment infrastructures. Your responsibilities will span product development, business use cases, business plans, competitive analysis, forecasting, pricing, go-to-market plans, and product marketing across various stages of the product lifecycle. We are on the lookout for an adept product manager with experience in market positioning, ensuring product profitability, crafting strategic product plans and roadmaps, leading large-scale initiatives across teams, and refining products and processes to enhance value for the credit unions we serve.
In addition to managing the product portfolio, you will serve as the go-to subject matter expert for our sales team, providing insights into all assigned products, with a keen focus on technical aspects, API integrations, operations, and effective problem-solving. We are also seeking someone skilled in engaging with clients/customers, conducting meetings to gather valuable insights and feedback, ultimately contributing to the enhancement of existing products and influencing the development of future ones. In this role, direct interactions with staff members at credit unions will be a key component, allowing you to gather firsthand feedback on products and understand evolving product needs.
This position has a compensation range of approximately $110,000 to $130,000.
