About the Team
The IT APAC-Service Operation team is the 2nd level at the forefront of supporting comprehensive IT services, with a primary focus on network, audio-visual, and system operations. Our mission is to provide reliable, efficient, and secure IT services to support the organization's operations and growth in the Asia-Pacific region while ensuring the highest standards of service and support. In line with our commitment to excellence, we are also actively seeking talented engineers to join our team and contribute to our mission.
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for internal video conferencing devices and products as the second level technical support, including analyzing and solving the problems of video conference devices and products;
2. Support designing the conference solutions or alternatives;
3. Responsible for the lark conference system and other audio and video products/solutions' acceptance and operations;
4. Setup and implement the standard of maintenance and operation. Train and supervise the first level support staff to complete the acceptance of the relevant systems and operation and maintenance work;
5. Responsible for the project management of audio and video related systems/solutions and cooperate with the architecture team to continuously improve the design standards;
6. Benchmark industry and apply artificial intelligence, image recognition, big data and other technologies to improve the automation and intelligence of audio and video system operation and maintenance.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in computer related majors, with extensive knowledge of video conference system operation and maintenance or enterprise IT support operation and maintenance;
2. more than 5 years of technical support work experience, familiar with mainstream conference system equipment and technology, understanding zoom, fly book and other mainstream video system construction and operation and maintenance;
3. Familiar with the video conferencing market, understanding the mainstream video conferencing products at home and abroad, as well as the use of each product scenarios and advantages and disadvantages, and participating in the company-level conference system setup and operation and maintenance is preferred;
4. Have excellent analytical problem solving ability, be able to bear greater pressure, have good teamwork ability.
