Job Title: Automotive Technician

Job Description

We are seeking Mechanics to join our team in Troy to customize, test, repair, and re-customize vehicles

As a member of the retrofit team, you will perform part updates and rework on new and gently used vehicles

The scope of work varies from heavy to light repairs

Team members are responsible for maintaining proper documentation, following procedures, and ensuring quality work. In some cases, inspectors can be appointed for specific programs or platforms of repairs

Responsibilities

Evaluate repairs and diagnose issues when repairing vehicles

Possess and use a complete variety of automotive tools, including some specialty tools

Inspect incoming and outgoing vehicles

Perform test drives and functionality vehicle tests

Document any additional issues found and inform the Team Leader/Manager in a timely manner

Work independently and complete projects without intervention

Interact and communicate effectively and professionally with the client team

Consistently meet labor time guidelines for multiple repairs

Work independently and off-site with minimal resources in various conditions

Maintain a clean workstation and work environment

Shifts

1st Shift: 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Monday - Friday

3rd Shift: 9:00 p.m. - 5:30 a.m. Monday - Friday with a $2+/hour shift premium

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
