We are looking for an Apprentice for Customer Service Technical Clarification Team in Milan within the Digital Enterprises area who will be trained in 2 years as a Service Technician.
During the apprenticeship you will receive a comprehensive and state-of-the art training to develop your personal and professional skills and you will have the support of a mentor to achieve your career steps.

Your Challenge
As a Service Technician, your main activities will be to:
Analyse service requests in order to figure out activities to be performed and the spare parts needed;
Provide remote technical support to customers using the Siemens industry support online, via SightCall and Sinema RC teleassistance portals and through the use of Smart Glasses and augmented reality systems;
Corrective maintenance on machine tools system and drives system on end users sites.
Required entry qualifications:
You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract;
You are fresh graduate or you are going to graduate in Automation;
General knowledge of PLC Programming and Drive Technology;
Proficiency in English and Italian;
Passion to never-stop growing ;
Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge;
Eligibility to work in Italy.
