The Opportunity
Are you an experienced automation developer or engineer who is ready to grow into a leadership role? Adobe's newly formed Treasury Process Optimization and Governance team is looking for a creative and innovative Automation Engineering, Mgr. who has experience in partnering with Treasury and/or financial services professionals to develop innovative solutions using Python, RPA, etc., to drive data insights and operating efficiencies in areas like investments, foreign exchange, treasury operations, etc.
This role will lead a skilled technical team and will provide day-to-day guidance, support, and feedback. This is a "working manager" role where you will assist with designing, building, and deploying technical solutions across our Treasury organization. The ideal candidate will have a working understanding of basic financial markets terminology to be able to engage Treasury staff on a non-technical level, translating guidance into solutions. A background in business or progress toward professional designations like the CFA or an MBA are pluses.
What you'll Do
Understand Treasury processes; work with Treasury team to engineer tools and automations that improve workflows, efficiencies, and data insights.Lead and mentor a team to ensure customer success through quality in Development, Project Management, and Solution Delivery.Work alongside your team to design, build, test, deploy solutions, and to provide system maintenance and support.Identify areas for technology improvements by using knowledge of new and emerging technologies and coding techniques applied in a Treasury environment Create project plans and deliver on commitments.Influence partners and coach teams to adopt new processes, inspiring change across the organization.Partner with key customers to develop comprehensive portfolio management and performance improvement systems.Proactively identify risks in all assigned areas; work with teams and management to mitigate these risks before they become issues.Be focused on prioritization; ensuring team members have clear line of sight on the "must dos."What you need to succeed
8+ years in Finance Technology products and processes.Required technical experience:SQL, Python, RPA, VBA, ETL's, LLMsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps; this role will oversee/build end-user visuals in PowerBI.Excel (intermediate+)Leadership skills including the ability to develop, influence and empower a diverse team to improve results.Experience with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.Lead and inspire team with positivity and optimism, creating a culture of high expectations and achievement. Ability to align efforts of disparate groups to achieve a common goal.Confident ability to lead, collaborate, triage, and make decisions in a fast-paced, changing environment.Passion for problem solving and ability to think through problems creatively and systematically, to prioritize them, and to identify and evaluate alternative solutions.Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and presentation skills.Experience with applications such as Workfront, Jira, or other workload (Backlog) management tools.Working industry knowledge of Corporate Treasury functions (FX, Treasury Ops, Credit, etc.) is a big plus.UiPath and S4Hana experience is highly desirable.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $96,300 -- $219,700 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
