Be a trusted member of the engagement team providing variousassurance and consulting services to industry specific clients:Proactively engage with your clients throughout the year togather needed information to complete testing and respond toquestions raisedPlan and supervise the execution of all audit engagementactivitiesReview and perform substantive testing on client\'s balancesheets and income statementsConduct and revi w tests to assess deficiencies of internalcontrols and make recommendations for improvementPlay an active role in discussions with the Manager and Partnerrelative to business recommendations resulting from testingperformed and information gatheredLearn and grow from direct on the job coaching and mentoring alongwith participating in firm wide learning and development programsUtilize your entrepreneurial skills to network and build strongrelationships internally and with your clientsSupport the growth and development of team members through the BakerTilly Care and Teach philosophy, helping associates meet theirprofessional goalsEnjoy friendships, social activities and team outings that encouragea work-life balanceQualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in accounting or an undergraduate degree withsufficient coursework to sit for the CPA exam
CPA preferred or actively pursuing completion of exam
Two (2)+ years of experience providing financial statement auditingservices within a public accounting firm
Demonstrated skills in the areas of time management, communication,interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration, and problemsolving
