The Defense Group at Leidos has an exciting opportunity as an Audit / eMASS Administrator Team Lead on our GSM-O II IDIQ contract’s Joint Service Provider (JSP) Cyber Security Task Order in Alexandria, VA. JSP provides a full range of IT products, services, and solutions and customer services to the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS) and the Joint Staff (JS), Director of Administration (DA), Pentagon Force Protection Agency (PFPA), Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), and other OSD offices for them to meet mission and business requirements. Through the JSP Cyber Security program, JSP performs a wide variety of services and functions required to secure the information security posture for DoD services.
This Task Order has 100+ FTEs working to ensure JSP’s Cyber Security program adheres to JSP, DoD, and National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) approved cyber society, information assurance (IA) architecture, policies, programs, standards, and guidelines. The Audit Team Lead will lead the team interpreting and implementing FISMA requirements in support of JSP. This role will be based onsite in Arlington, VA and an active Top Secret (SCI eligible) security clearance is required prior to start. Some remote work is allowed.
Primary Responsibilities:
The Audit / eMASS Administrator Team Lead will ensure the team is conducting periodic testing and evaluation of the effectiveness of information security policies, procedures, and practices for each information technology system.
The Audit / eMASS Administrator Team Lead will have knowledge of FISMA legislation; and DoD and JSP procedures regarding its implementation.
The Audit / eMASS Administrator Team Lead will provide services to information technology system program offices, consisting of interpreting and implementing FISMA requirements.
The Audit / eMASS Administrator Team Lead will coordinate FISMA reporting between IT system program offices and JSP. IT system program offices provide Monthly Status Reports and Metrics, including vulnerability assessment results, patch management statistics, asset inventory, system configurations, and waiver requests for review.
The Audit / eMASS Administrator Team Lead will ensure FISMA Reports and Metrics are accurately reported to the DoD for all IT systems. FISMA metrics must be gathered weekly and reported monthly.
The Audit / eMASS Administrator Team Lead will represent the A&A branch at JSP or DoD committees.
The Audit / eMASS Administrator Team Lead will review Federal legislation and guidance concerning information security governance strategies.
The Audit / eMASS Administrator Team Lead and team will use eMASS to create, correct, produce, file, and archive information for each IS in accordance with established procedures they use, develop, or enhance.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field and 6+ years IT experience.
2+ years eMASS experience.
DoD 8570 IAT/IAM II certification is required prior to start.
DoD 8570 Computing Environment Cert is required within 3 months of assignment to position.
Top Secret, SCI eligible security clearance is required prior to start.
Pay Range:
Pay Range $122,200.00 - $220,900.00
