Eaton's North American Sales division is currently seeking an Audit Analyst to join our team. This position is located in Moon Township, PA.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $62,250.03 - $91,300.04 a year.

What you'll do:
The Auditor will be responsible for the review of distributor rebates, pricing and return claims according to selling policy 25-000 guidelines. Auditing the authenticity of rebates will be accomplished by analyzing sales data by product type using Excel and internal programs such as OBIEE, Power BI and Vista. Audit findings will include collecting unauthorized transactions from customers and incorporating recommendations for future improvements in policies and procedures.
In this function you will:
• Assist in establishment of audit schedule for onsite and in-house rebate audits. Once audit schedule is completed, maintain a schedule and complete all requirements required for completion of individual audits.
• Provide support and guidance for enhancing sales rebate processes through: 1) monitoring sales audits, 2) partnering with sales, pricing and customers to resolve rebate discrepancies, 3) system enhancement to include ensure automatic generated report to notify Customer, Credit and Financial Services (CCFS) of rejected claims.
• Work with IT to suggest enhancements to the audit program to provide efficiencies and prevent leakage.
• Focus monthly on key metrics that track audit program outstanding audits versus completed audits and special audit requests.
• Submit quarterly operations reports which outline root cause problems, action plans, conclusions and process improvements based on audit findings.
• Review TSP report monthly.
• Provide guidance and training as required in proper procedures to process claims.
• Facilitate team, made up of Pricing/Product Line/Controllers/Credit Department personnel with responsibility for setting audit guidelines and priorities.
• Coordinate procedures and training of plant and division accounting auxiliary audit team. Proposed transaction audit group (TAG) team.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Minimum 2 years of customer service, audit, accounting or similar experience requiredLegally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Prior audit experience
