Use consumer data to drive Personalisation @ scale, resulting in better relevancy and higher ROI of marketing.
The role is unique, embracing different competences and creating a mix of them to address role requirements being at a crossroad of different functions: Insights, Media, Digital, Brand, Commercial and external entities (Insight and Media Agencies).
Responsibilities
Build education on audience-first marketing and the benefits of it. Educate brand, TCP, insights teams on Personalisation @ Scale and audience insightsLead design, development and deployment of capabilities which help unlock an audience-led approach across markets and brands:
-Work with brand, media and agency teams to understand how it works today / what can be improved
-Work with technical teams to develop solutions to drive audience-led activation
-Influence business teams to deploy these capabilities and manage change management process (test, scale, embed)Help share learnings across capabilities from measurement studies / analysis, to drive buy-in and optimization across markets and brands
Qualifications
Ideal candidate should have a mix of 3 backgrounds:
Insights or Analytics - to experience working with different types of data / analytical-minded approach and attention to details.Media - experience working in media, ideally digital, either from a planning or insights perspectiveExperience in building capabilities or driving a change - experience in identifying improvement opportunities, set roadmaps and manage projects and changeThe complexity of the role requires strong communication skills to support multidimensional conversations between all of the parties involvedA self-starter approach is needed to create new processes as you go and face lot of unclarity along the way;Good leadership skills are required to manage internal stakeholders (brand team, media team, insights teams and external data suppliers)Influencing skills to work alongside more senior marketeers and convince them of the appropriateness and effuicac of an audience lead approach. Similar in working with agencies to influence execution of outputsUnderstanding of data and analytics and how a product led approach can accelerate change
