　　General Summary:

　　Under general supervision, the Auction Services Associate is responsible for zone maintenance, vehicle preparation, vehicle receiving, inventory scanning, reconciliation, final quality of saleable inventory, vehicle movement (both on and off- lot), asset protection, and providing exceptional service to internal and external customers.

　　Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Ensure daily maintenance and security of inventory and vehicle parking areasMaintain and document the transfer of incoming and outgoing inventory that is processed through the shipping and receiving facilityParticipate in auction supportDeliver and retrieve vehicles from off-site vendorsAssist with training new associatesAdhere to standardized work processesMaintain a clean and safe work environmentTake customers to and from destinations using shuttle vanComplete daily scanning and reconciliation of the vehicle inventoryPerforms wholesale reconditioning processAssists in the selling of wholesale inventory using auction systems and simulcast platformsOnce certified, participate in gas reclamation processMonitors transportation of incoming inventory from satellite locationsProvides outstanding customer service to internal and external customers at all timesAssists in other duties as assigned
