  Your role at Clorox:

  An exciting new role has been created for the Atlanta Logistics Campus, providing a unique opportunity to manage transportation, Distribution Center Operations, and collaborate with various PSO functions across the supply chain. Reporting directly to the Atlanta Main Assistant Plant Manager, this role will not only oversee the 24/7 ATL Main factory distribution team but also coordinate logistics and Distribution Center Operations for inbound and outbound activities, ensuring the highest customer service and adherence to our balanced scorecard goals across people, safety, quality, efficiency, and innovation (ESPACE). Join our team and be a key player in driving the success of our Atlanta Logistics Campus, overseeing the ATL Main Factory Distribution team, reporting directly to the Atlanta Main Assistant Plant Manager.

  In this role, you will:

  Oversee ESPACE metrics for the ATL Main Factory Distribution team's activities and coordinate logistics to and from the Atlanta Raw & Packaging Center with the onsite team. Develop strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities within the team and lead continuous improvement initiatives through a robust Daily Management System, including Tier 1 and Tier 2 review and response meetings.

  Align on campus strategy for plant to DC shipment lanes, lead weekly interaction calls with Planning, and drive improvement opportunities. Act as the single point of contact for issue escalation and develop a strategy for direct-to-customer shipments.

  Lead daily calls with emphasis on campus activities and lot performance, conduct weekly campus touchpoints, and provide volume summaries for effective labor management. Partner with EP/7S on issue escalation, serving as the Campus first line of defense.

  Work cross-functionally to minimize service disruptions and collaborate with Plant Managers, GSS, customer operations managers, supply chain leads, regional transportation managers, customer service, corporate quality, contract manufacturing, corporate real estate, and finance.

  Monitor Yardview, lots, and trailer allocation, driving process improvement, and aim to achieve 50-75 trailers turned in through more effective material management.

  Review billing and escalate performance issues with HUBG Dedicated Fleet, and implement productivity enhancements.

  Deliver financial results for the Atlanta Main Factory, including budget management, and develop and lead cost-saving initiatives, ensuring timely invoice processing and approvals.

  Participate and provide DC Operations expertise on supply chain projects.

  What we look for:

  7 years of hands-on experience in various supply chain and logistics functions within the manufacturing sector.

  Demonstrated success in leading and fostering collaboration across the entire supply chain.

  Proven track record in developing and implementing effective supply chain improvements.

  Willingness to travel up to 10% to support and facilitate diverse aspects of supply chain operations.

We use broad salary ranges that reflect the competitive market for similar jobs, provide sufficient opportunity for growth as you gain experience and expand responsibilities, while also allowing for differentiation based on performance. Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

  –Zone A: $86,600 - $161,900

  –Zone B: $79,400 - $148,400

  –Zone C: $72,100 - $134,900

  This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
