We strive to increase the industrial athlete’s ability to perform their job duties safely and decrease the risk of injury through intervention at the early onset of discomfort in a dynamic work environment. This position will strategically support employees by providing occupational care, ergonomic support/training, education, and coaching. Come be a part of a growing organization in a progressive, supportive, and innovative team!Consistent, full-time scheduleShift differential for occasional Saturday workAnnual bonus potential!What will you be doing in this role?Providing ergonomic assessments and support by understanding the site operations, job processes, and physical demands in order to make ergonomic recommendations for the purposes of preventing more serious musculoskeletal conditions from occurringConducting in-person ergo/lift training sessions in a small classroom settingGuiding employees through an operational simulation with observations and feedbackProviding proactive injury prevention, injury care, assessment, and medical triage as defined by OSHA standards, including ergonomic postural education and/or escalation of medical care if neededCoordinating and implementing rehabilitation treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic exercise, modalities, and work conditioning as necessaryKeeping accurate, detailed documentation with efficiency while being able to provide feedback to the industrial athlete and client for continuous health improvementsUnderstanding and providing reports with key metrics to leadership, client partners, and operations management This does not necessarily list all responsibilities, duties, requirements, or efforts associated with the job.
