Asst Dir-Strat Programs & Ops
Overall Responsibility
Supporting & executing region specific strategic talent onboarding and skill development programs across Banking OU: Work with a wide network of teams and senior members across the organization (People Team for Talent Acquisition, People Team of Business Partner, Moody's University, Banking OU Regional and Local Managers, graduates, graduate alumni etc.) to drive and execute strategic programs across the business on staff development areas and employee lifecycle. To name a few - Annual Graduate program, Intern and graduate engagement, KPI tracking, capacity forecasting and reporting. Support with internal reporting, creation of dashboards and execution of campaigns.
Leadership / Internal Collaboration
Internal collaboration required with a wide range of internal teams: People Team for Talent Acquisition, People Team Business Partners, Regional and Local Managers, graduates alumni etc
Competency
General Descriptors
Bachelor's degree, Masters preferred. Work experience in programs execution. Highly responsive and proactive in issue resolution and communication across numerous stakeholders
Oversight
Able to complete assignments with moderate supervision
Education
Bachelor's degree. Advanced PowerPoint & Excel skills. Proficient in multiple projects running concurrently with good time management skills
Minimum Years of Relevant Exp
5+
Communication
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with top management and early careers employees
Industry Knowledge
Experience in Financial Services highly preferred.
