Moody's Analytics (MA) is the leading risk management consulting company and combines deep industry expertise with unique enterprise risk management software and analytics. The company provides software, services and information to banks, insurance companies, non-financial corporations, and institutional investors in over 80 countries.
Within MA, the Enterprise Risk Solutions (ERS) Division offers to Institutions a wide range of software, analytics and consultative solutions to help risk management staff understand, measure, and manage risk within an enterprise risk context. The ERS group is composed of experienced consultants working with and drawing on the insight and expertise of our world-class analytics technology, data, software as well as market experience.
The successful candidate will join our growing Operating Unit (OU) responsible for products and services that we deliver to the insurance industry. Over the year, Moody's Analytics has been developing awards-winning solutions and has a large global client footprint in this insurance market segment. The Functional Subject Matter Expert Team within the Risk, Finance and Accounting (RFA) unit are responsible for defining the business strategy for supporting the Risk and Finance Domain of insurance entities as well as supporting the Delivery Team as methodology experts for all Risk and Finance products.
The successful candidate will be a member of the Product Management team working on the IFRS17/LDTI solution. The candidate will ensure the link between the business side (incl. customers), development team and any third-party regarding software functionality, throughout the development lifecycle.

Role/Responsibilities :
Collaborate with Product Owner and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for our IFRS 17/LDTI productsTranslate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteriaWork closely with cross-functional teams including developers, QA and SME to ensure timely delivery of high-quality productsParticipate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectivesConduct acceptance testing and ensure that products meet business requirements and acceptance criteria Identify and report on risks and issues related to product developmentProvide level3 support to clients in production
Qualifications :
Successful experience as a senior business analystStrong analytical and problem-solving skills Good understanding of Web-based software application.Ability to be synthetic Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)Excellent collaboration skillsExperience working in Agile development methodologiesAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and tight deadlinesKnowledge of insurance products and industry trends is a plus
