Acting as an integral role in the relationship management efforts for existing clients and prospects in Australia, New Zealand, Korea and Mongolia.
Managing and updating internal systems and other relationship management tools. Responsible for handling sales operations related matters, including coordination with billing and collection teams.
Planning and execution of relationship management programs.
Liaising with various internal departments (including analytical team, legal team, and other supporting functions).
Liaising with KYC team for all clients' KYC/AML related matters.
Assisting in the preparation of presentations for clients, and coordinating client and intermediary meetings.
Managing client enquiries and engagement related matters.
* Working as part of the regional team spanning the entire spectrum of Moody's business activities.Qualifications :University graduate required. Fluent in English.2 to 3 years relevant sales operations support experience in the financial sector is an advantage.Self-motived, fast learner, and be proactive.Good team player and having aspiration for high achievement.Strong computer skills (including excel and PowerPoint).Flexible, resourceful with problem solving skills.Attention to detail and be able to work under pressure and across various time zones.Engaging and be able to connect with clients and internal stakeholders.Being articulate with excellent oral and written communication skills, able to multi-task and to prioritize multiple projects. Culturally sensitive.
