  必須要件:

  学位または同等の関連職務経験尚可文書および口頭での優れたコミュニケーション能力エンジニアリング、プログラミング、またはテクニカルサポートの実務経験ウェブ、アプリケーション、データベースサーバーの役割などシステム構成の理解Webアプリケーションの開発• デバッグ経験HTML、JavaScript、CSSなどのWeb技術に関するトラブルシューティング/原因切り分けのスキルデータベースの概念、データ管理(RDBMS)、SQLの経験ネットワークおよびデータ通信技術の理解:DNS、SSL、ファイアウォール、各種通信プロトコルの全般知識日本語(流暢な会話および読み書き)/ 英語(読み書き必須、会話尚可)

  推奨要件:

  Salesforce製品またはその他のクラウドベースのテクノロジーの経験カスタマーサポートまたはカスタマーサービスでのお客様対応の実務経験Salesforce 認定資格Certified Salesforce AdministratorCertified Application BuilderTableau CRM & Einstein Discovery Consultant
