The Boeing Company's Information Technology & Data Analytics organization is currently seeking an Associate System Design & Integration Specialist to join the Integrated Product Data Management (IPDM) team. This position can be based in Hazelwood, MO; Berkeley, MO; Arlington, VA; El Segundo, CA; Everett, WA; Huntington Beach, CA; Kent, WA; North Charleston, SC; Renton, WA; Ridley Park, PA; or Seattle, WA.
The position will focus on supporting building and sustaining application and Information Technology (IT) infrastructure environments for Siemens Teamcenter suite of applications used by engineering and product support and services supporting Boeing defense programs.
Position Responsibilities:
Identifies, evaluates and documents computing system requirements
Evaluates product usability, affordability, functionality, security and performance to assess suitability for integration into delivery system environments
Assists in the design, build and test of delivery systems and components
Provides basic technical support for delivery systems components
Deploys (install, upgrade, migrate) software components into application environments
Demonstrates initiative for learning, adaptability to complex situations
Ensures all process and system solutions meet company Security policies
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret clearance Post-Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Technical Bachelor's, Master's or a PhD degree (A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study)
3+ years of experience in software systems integration
3+ year of experience integrating complex applications on Windows and Linux platforms
Experience with cloud hosted applications
Strong communication skills, strong problem solving skills and strong drive for process improvement
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Proficiency in LINUX and Windows commands, developing scripts using shell programing with Bash or PowerShell, and additional scripting languages like Python and Java Script
Experience administering and troubleshooting java application servers (Weblogic, Websphere, Jboss, etc.)
Experience with Application development & Agile Software Process
Experience with server and/or database administration
Cloud application migration experience with AWS services/tools
Experience using Ansible, GIT, Jenkins
Experience with Azure Dev Ops (ADO), and Agile methodologies
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master +1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range: $80,750 – $117,300
