What you will do:
The Associate Supply Chain Analyst position is a 12-month contract role. In this position, you will support the entire Supply Chain team while being primarily responsible for turning data into insights for Demand Planning, any ad-hoc financial analysis related to inventory purchases to support business requirements (e.g. last time buys, advanced stocking orders, safety stock, etc.), while also being responsible for the Supply Planner activities for a small product portfolio.
Support the creation of a standard set of KPI reports and diagnostics on the root causes of performance and proposed mitigation/corrective actions needed to improve performanceSupport the creation of content in conjunction with the Demand Planners for the monthly demand review meetings, demand and supply execution process and other similar required report-outsSupport current local tool development and maintenance through compelling visualizations to aide in further Demand Planning analysis to build better insights into Supply Chain healthAssist in the creation of reports that support operationalizing of the core processes and provide insight to the Demand PlannersPartner with the Business System Administrators and Forecast Modelers to create reporting of analytics to support the business needs for better information in decision-makingPerform quarterly Safety Stock/Reorder Point, Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and ABD Item Classification of inventory analysis and provide recommendations that will support fill-rate targets and optimize inventory levels20% of responsibilities is that of a Supply Planner with a small portfolio assignedAccountable for updating and maintaining processes, tools and systems to support supply chain optimization
What you need:
Bachelor's degree in business management, finance, supply chain management, data science or other related field -requiredAdvanced excel skills -requiredExperience with PowerBI, SQL, Cognos, and Oracle "preferred"
