About Associate Solutions Consultant

  Fundamental to our success is to build a highly effective and efficient Presales team to support opportunities in pooled accounts, the sweet spot of our business. The customers in this group will be from across all of our segments, but the engagements will be focused on speed, agility, and making best use of standard tools and demos to close business quickly. This will be a broad, fast paced, and exciting role, creating a foundation from which customers will continue to grow their relationship with Zendesk.

  We are now hiring an Associate Solution Consultant in Mexico City to provide dedicated support to this critical market team. You will primarily support North and South American sales teams and customers, but as part of a global team, you may get the opportunity to work with customers from across the world.

  Job Overview:

  As as Associate Solutions Consultant, youll support our global sales team by providing technical and functional support on their key opportunities, whether this is a large Enterprise Account looking to make a small investment, or a full solution in an SMB customer, you will quickly understand their requirements and demonstrate how Zendesk will meet them.

  Your mission is to ensure product selection. You must be both sales focused and technically savvy. Youll be the technical bridge between our Sales team and their prospects. This will involve you supporting the technical relationship with our prospects to drive customer satisfaction by managing and presenting technical information, via remote calls and video conferences.

  What you have:

  You have 2-5 years of related experience and a minimum of 1 year of software pre-sales experience.You have excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation, and writing skills.You have bilingual proficiency in Spanish and EnglishYou have problem-solving skills, including the ability to meet a business requirement with a technical solution.Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, results driven environment and have a can-do and proactive attitudeYou have obvious passion and people skills.

  Even better if you also have...

  Awareness of web / scripting technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SaaS applicationsExperience working in or with Call Centers, including an understanding of key metrics and best practices.Proficiency in Portuguese

  HYBRID: Being digital first doesnt mean were digital only. In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our Mexico City office on a weekly basis for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.

  Please note that anyone hired into this position must be physically located in and plan to work from Mexico City (CDMX) or Mexico State (Estado de Mexico).
