  主要クライアントとのビジネス拡大にあたって、効果的な顧客関係の構築が重要な鍵となりますが、こうしたクライアントとの信頼関係の強化に大いに貢献できる立場になります。

  Guidepoint’s Business Development teams are passionate about expanding our reach with both new and existing clients. We support all Guidepoint’s service offerings, helping to build relationships and communicate how Guidepoint helps clients stay informed and make better business decisions. Our teams are motivated to provide custom offerings designed to help every potential client make the most of their partnership with Guidepoint. You will have a significant impact on establishing effective client relationships to further develop our business across major clients.

  エリアおよびグローバル営業チームの一員として、収益目標達成に向けた営業戦略の立案・実行   日本国内の法人顧客に対する戦略的な営業・アカウントマネジメントの企画立案から実行まで  新規法人顧客の獲得と、エリア収益の促進    ターゲット、ビジョン、戦略の設定と、目標・業績指標の達成     日本の見込み法人顧客との関係の構築と維持    市場動向のマーケティングおよびクライアントサービスチームへの伝達  WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  Develop and execute a sales strategy designed to achieve revenue targets as part of the regional and global sales team Strategic sales & account management planning from concept to execution across the Corporate sector in Japan Acquire new Corporate clients and drive revenue in the region Set the targets, vision and strategy to achieve agree-upon targets and performance metrics. Build and maintain relationships with prospective Corporate clients in Japan by proactively seeking out opportunities Communication of market developments to marketing and client service team. 必要なスキル・経験: 

  4年生大卒または同等の学歴  日本語(ネイティブレベル)および英語(ビジネスレベル)  少なくとも2~5年の営業経験(リサーチ/情報サービス、またはその他の法人部門におけるB2Bセールスを中心とした経験があれば尚可)  テンポの速い起業家的環境下での勤務意欲  自主的、また、チームで業務を遂行できる能力  リードジェネレーションからリレーションシップマネジメントまで、営業プロセスに関する幅広い知識  大企業クライアントを担当できる優れたコミュニケーション能力と、関係者との効果的な関係を構築できる能力を有いている  WHAT YOU HAVE:

  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Fluent in Japanese and English (Business level) At least 2 to 5 years of experience, ideally with a focus on B2B selling within research/information service, or other Corporate sectors Ability to thrive within a fast-paced environment, entrepreneurial mindset, and an unwavering desire to succeed. Clearly demonstrated ability to work independently and within teams. Broad-based knowledge of the sales process, from lead generation to relationship management Excellent communicator capable of handling high-profile clients with demonstrated ability in establishing effective relationships with stakeholders Guidepointでの仕事環境 / 雰囲気:
