We are seeking an Associate Research Scientist to be part of a project team focused on discovering, translating, and developing next generation therapeutic targets using cutting edge technologies (CRIPSR/CAS9 in vivo screens, Flow cytometry, multiplex imaging, Bulk RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, single cell RNAseq).
Serve as a leader of the research team, reporting directly to PIProvide mentorship to junior members of our lab, including PhD students, undergraduates, and early-state postdoctoral fellows.Perform laboratory experiments and conduct data analysisGenerate reliable and reproducible dataDesign experiments and execute on protocols; propose modification to protocols as neededMaintain accurate records, write reports, and prepare presentationscontribute to the writing and submission of manuscripts and grant applications in collaboration with the PI.Contribute to project team as well as overall laboratory organization and safety
