Associate Research Scientist
The Department of Medicine at Columbia University Irving Medical Center, Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons, seeks an Associate Research Scientist with skills and experience related to cell and developmental biology, lung diseases, and other pulmonary-related diseases. Our research programs study acute lung injury, asthma, cystic fibrosis, lung transplantation, interstitial lung disease, infectious diseases of the lung, sleep-disordered breathing, and chronic obstructive lung disease (COPD).
MD, PhD, or both.Background in stem cell biology, molecular biology, developmental biology, epithelial biology, and/or genomics preferred.Demonstrated scientific writing skills, evidenced by high-impact publications.Columbia University is an Equal Opportunity Employer / Disability / Veteran
