Role Purpose
Edwards Lifesciences is looking for an Associate Representative, Medical Contracts (Prague based) who provides administrative and contracting support to the TMTT Medical Affairs organization, also for the education grant approval and follow-up process, with potential to impact Edwards image and effective relationship management.
We are offering a maternity cover contract (min. for 1 year).

You will make an impact by:
Assisting with the initiation and management of all contracts generated by TMTT Medical Affairs, including tracking, documentation and reporting on contracting status, ensuring data accuracyMaintaining internal documentation in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and other internal regulations for agency/internal auditingManaging and tracking all departmental invoice payments, including tracking and updating reports on invoices paid and ensuring data accuracyAssisting and support the Grant Application Review Committee meetingsPerforming basic administrative tasks that may include mailing, printing, scheduling, office supply ordering, filing and other tasks as needed under general supervisionPlanning and executing internal and external meetings and events, under supervisionAssisting company directors with respect to various administrative tasks including travel arrangements, processing and preparation of travel expenses, tailoring/finalizing business presentations, preparing meeting minutes
What you'll need:
High School Diploma and min. 1 year of previous related experience (admin/events/contract management and similar)Basic skills in Microsoft Office SuiteFluent EnglishExcellent interpersonal and communication skills and good manners, team playerGood problem-solving skills and attention to detailPro-active attitude, an enthusiastic, driven, "can-do" attitude rather than waiting for things to happenHighly organized, accurate, consistent and dedicated to performing the internal/external client experienceAbility/availability to travel occasionally (10 %)
