We are seeking a Customer Success Lead to work with an amazing team on customer-centric focus projects to deliver measured business value and drive solution and retention.

  This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings.

  Responsibilities Develop and nurture exceptional relationships with customersProactively identify unmet client needs and solution product and service configuration to address w/ qualityCollaborate with customers to achieve specific data and analytic business objectivesMonitor product solution usage in a customer environmentDrive customer outcomes, adoption, and customer experienceGather feedback from customers for continual process, service, and product improvementsTriage customer issues with speed and urgency, orchestrating resources across the company as appropriatePromote training and education services to ensure successful customer onboarding and readinessManage and optimize new client onboarding and ongoing program managementMake changes and additions to websites as requested by the client on an enterprise levelProvide feedback to management on the efficiency of the customer success and support processQualification 5+ years as a customer advocate to drive customer renewal and retentionAbility to work with the clients and develop the relationshipsExceptional executive level communication (written and verbal) and time management skillsStrong client interfacing and client relationship buildingStrong to Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skillsStrong technical acumen, with proven ability to research, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues presentedAbility to serve as a business partner and trusted advisorDigital marketing or experience in a SaaS organization requiredBroadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.

  Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 USD annual
