The primary objective of an Associate Project Administrator at Broadridge Financial Solutions is to perform day-to-day functions within specified timeframes to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded. This role involves providing timely and accurate reporting to the Client Relations team and internal departments, as well as updating and monitoring internal reports to ensure the efficient progress of projects. The Associate Project Administrator also communicates effectively, partners with internal departments, and assists with client-facing documents and reports.
job responsibilitiesPerforms day-to-day assigned functions in the specified timeframe to ensure that our client expectations are met and exceeded.Provides timely and accurate reporting to Client Relations team and all internal departments regarding mailing status, and other inquiries and issues that may arise in the course of a project.Updates and monitors internal reports to ensure the timely and efficient progress of each project.Draws on daily tasks and interactions to further develop understanding of ICS and the securities industry.Job Qualifications1-3 years of Project Administrator or office experience/customer serviceCommunicate effectively and prioritize tasks at hand and escalate issues as appropriate in a timely manner.Excellent written and verbal communication and listening skills.Excellent ability to understand the scope of each project, prioritizes tasks, and effectively manages time.Partner with internal departments to ensure understanding of project plans and gain commitment to meet client's deadlines and overall projects.Advice and work in partnership with RM of the best processes to accomplish the client's requirements.Understand and analyze client needs and develop innovative solutions that enhance our products, services and processes and recommend ways to improve the efficiency.Effective communication abilities and assist internal departments and operations with any inquiries about the Issuer's campaign job processing, distribution, and other services.Accountable for the entire project until the campaign is completed.CORE COMPETENCIESProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.Ensure internal (SLAs) are met to create a seamless environment for the client.Basic understanding of project management and adherence to timelines and procedures.#LI-SP1
