Role:
The Associate Product Manager plays a fundamental role in developing PFaroe DB software, working with the Product Manager and software engineering teams to specify product developments to help clients understand and manage their pension commitments.
Product development is conducted in an agile framework, requiring the Associate Product Manager to show flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.

Responsibilities:
Work closely with the internal teams (including developers, testers, user experience, delivery and support teams) to launch new functionality based on business and client requirements.Understand the actuarial concepts (pensions and/or investment) behind the PFaroe DB product and explain these to clients and colleagues.Collaborate with internal teams to bring ideas to life, including thinking about usability, customer centricity and metrics for product feature success.Communicate detailed requirements and acceptance criteria that can be clearly understood by the development team and ensure a high quality and robust pensions product.Liaise with the development team to interpret user stories and answer questions, ensuring client needs and business goals are clearly communicated.Ensure that features are tested, future proofed for ongoing deployments and monitored to ensure they perform as expected once deployed.Stay up to date with market developments in the pensions and investment area (legislative, regulatory and other products).Understand/learn how technology can be applied to help clients understand and manage their pension commitments.
Qualifications :
A Moody's employee at this level would typically have between 1 to 3 years of experience.Actuarial experience, either in pensions or investment, is required.Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Knowledge of programming languages and SQL would be helpful.A self-starter with the ability to multi-task with a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.Strong strategic and critical thinking with the ability to execute and deliver results.Ability to influence decisions in cross-functional teams which are located around the world.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
