We are hiring an Associate Principal!
In this role you willpartner with internal stakeholders, including Principals, Associate Principals, Data Scientists, and Broadridge Centers of Influence to improve internal project management and spearhead process improvements that will enhance team efficiency and effectiveness and improve the client experience. This role will also require interacting with clients to gain a better understanding of their needs to help enhance and augment existing offerings and processes in service of the primary function noted above. This will require the development and maintenance of strong relationships both internal at Broadridge and across the industry as well as a strong client centric orientation.
The Associate Principal will participate in analytical product development and custom consulting projects focused on delivering new analytical insights to clients. Therefore, this role will require collaboration with both clients and Broadridge colleagues to deliver the right solutions to each client. Success in this role will require strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent organization, and strong project management skills.
This role may include management responsibilities for members of the team as we continue to grow and scale, although this role will not have any direct reports initially.
Job Responsibilities:
Partner with internal Broadridge and external asset management stakeholders to help drive more efficient and effective distribution strategies through a combination of Broadridge data and solutions paired with client data and systems Maintain and build relationships with key stakeholders at Broadridge and in the asset management industry Partner with Broadridge colleagues across groups to develop custom analytical solutions as required by clients Lead internal initiatives aimed at improving process effectiveness and efficiency as well as client experience Work closely with Principals to establish a roadmap for the group (USDI) and be responsible for its execution partnering closely with stakeholders across the organization Translate raw data into meaningful insights and recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders Create and deliver presentations that effectively translate complex ideas into actionable insights
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, statistics, psychology, sociology, or other relevant field (10+ years experience preferred)Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think creatively is requiredExperience in asset management distribution and familiarity with vendors, data, and systems being used todayUnderstanding and ability to discuss statistical analysis and modelingAbility to present complex data sets and analysis in easy to understand waysExcellent verbal and written communications skills are requiredProven ability to effectively build and maintain relationships with clientsExperience processing and analyzing large data sets. Expertise with Excel is requiredExperience in consulting or project management is strongly preferredAbility to thrive in an environment with limited oversight on a day-to-day basisA client centric attitude and willingness to meet the constantly changing needs of clients is requiredSkills/Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsSolid understanding of product uses and value propositionsAbility to work within a diverse team and serve a variety of stakeholders with different prioritiesOutstanding organizational skills and attention to detailDemonstrated project management experienceAbility to quickly learn tools and technical processes necessary to delivery ongoing analytical outputs to clients (Excel, R, SQL, and Python)Salary Range: $195,000 to $205,000 Annual

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
