   Payroll Associate

   About The Role

  An experienced professional with a primary focus on medium complexity delivery, error diagnostics, and intermediate functional or technical experience.

  The Payroll Management (PMA) function is responsible for executing the end-to-end payroll cycle; they are responsible for the tactical execution of payroll.

   The work you will do

  Tactical Execution of PayrollOff-Cycle PayrollsExecute all necessary downstream payroll activitiesExecution of reconciliationExecution of SOC1 Controls related to payrollHandle communication with clients connected to payroll outputs.Analyze any deviation to Payroll Calendar and inform BPM for communication with the customerValidate impacts of changes made into the system for the next payroll.Consult the COE team when specific expertise is necessary

   Complexity

  Activities involve many different and unrelated processes and methods related to a specific body of knowledge or discipline.What needs to be done includes assessing unusual circumstances, variations in approach, and incomplete or conflicting data.Requires making decisions such as the interpretation of data, planning of work or process, or method improvement.

   Requirements

  Functional Competency:

  HR/Payroll Administration

  A basic understanding of HR and payroll processes, practices, and associated legislation and effectively applying this knowledge.Understanding the scope of services and key performance indicators (KPIs) that apply to their role.At least have 3 to 5 years of experience.

  Tools and Systems

  Understands how the available tools and systems enable the delivery of service excellence.Uses these tools and systems effectively and consistently.

  Legislative & Internal Compliance

  Understands external, client, and internal compliance requirements. Applies relevant business controls.Escalates compliance issues where they arise.

  Data Analysis & Resolution

  Effectively gathers and analyzes data and uses this to identify and initiate appropriate solutions at a team level.Able to use analysis to provide valuable management information.Validates the accuracy of data to resolve inconsistencies.

  Prioritization Skills

  Understands and delivers on the relevant priorities.Provides proactive updates, follows up on activities, and informs others when work is completed.Use time effectively and prevent irrelevant issues or distractions from interfering with work completion.

   Qualifications

  Bachelor's degree holderWith at least 2 years of experience in end-to-end PH PayrollMust have background in SAP Payroll and with good communication skillsPractical application in computerized payroll systems, preferably SAP Knowledge and experience
