The Associate, Organizational Effectiveness will be responsible for partnering with the ED,
Organizational Effectiveness, and the NA HRBPs to will assist with developing change
management, organization design and workforce transition strategies, tools and programs that
enable the success of the ELC North America Region. This individual will also be responsible
for overseeing workforce data and analytics tracking, measurement, and reporting to our regional
leadership team as well as to our NA HR team to drive ongoing continuous improvement efforts
that enables us to increase retention of talent across our office, field, and point of sale teams.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management (40%)
• Support NA OE Lead with working with the business units to develop medium- and longterm Roadmap of continuous talent, system and process improvements for each fiscal year
with the goal of aligning all initiatives quarter over quarter.
• Develop and track project plans to support transformation initiatives
• Drive development of agendas, presentation materials, and status reports to enable successful
cross-regional, transformation efforts and talent strategy development
Data and Analytics (30%)
• Lead the ongoing monitoring, tracking, evaluation and analysis of NA workforce data
including but not limited to (1) region HC, (2) turnover rate, (3) vacancy rate, (4) region and
brand ID&E stats, (5) open reqs across region and by brand, (6) time to fill across region and
by brand, and (7) employee sentiment and morale.
• Track trends in workforce data and prepare talent dashboards (monthly for the Region
president and quarterly for the regional leadership team) to highlight what working well,
opportunities, and strategies to mitigate opportunities.
• Consolidate and report on cross-regional learning and development program activities (e.g.,
succession management, talent movement, talent architecture) for business leaders; prepare
ideas, business insight, and implementation approaches to HR leadership and business
partners to increase the visibility of programs.
Org Design (15%)
• In consultation with ED, Org Effectiveness, business leads and relevant HRBPs, develop
office, field and POS structures including new ways of working, governance, roles,
responsibilities to support strategic business shifts that enable growth and drive revenue
• Leading preparation for workshops w/ the business to discuss the evolution of how works get
done in their respective organizations in current state and how it will need to get done in
future state to drive the growth and revenue targets of the Region.
• On the advisement of the ED, OE, lead workshops w/ the business to outline future operating
model, new roles, responsibilities, ways of working, and the actual 'to be' org structure.
Change Management (15%)
• In collaboration with the ED, Org Effectiveness, support E2E change management activities on
one or more cross-regional transformation initiatives, including process re-engineering, change
management planning, organization design, stakeholder analysis, change impact analysis,
communications, business readiness and transition planning.
• In collaboration with the ED, Org Effectiveness, support develop toolkits, templates and other
resources that enables process improvement, change enablement, organization design workforce
transition, and business continuity planning for cross-regional initiative.
• With guidance from the ED, OE, measure, and report on metrics measuring adoption of org
effectiveness and transition efforts.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent relevant work experience required; Bachelor's
degree in Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Development,
Organizational Psychology, Project Management, or International Studies preferred
• Minimum two years of relevant work experience required; work experience in management
consulting role, functional business role, project support role, organizational development, and /
or strategy role preferred
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications required; knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Visio,
Office365, and SharePoint preferred; knowledge of or interest in learning PowerBI also desired
• Familiarity or interest in change management, organization design, workforce transition
planning, organizational development, management systems (e.g. ISO 9001), business process
analysis, project management, and/or process improvement preferred
• Familiarity with common business processes related to human resources, finance, accounting,
procurement, risk management, new business development, or project management desired
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely orally and in writing; strong crossculture communication and sensitivity skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle routine administrative tasks and operational issues
• Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
• Demonstrated ability to follow standard practices and procedures, receive general instruction and
supervision, and contribute to projects and initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to lead presentations, training courses, and/or meetings
• Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrated resourcefulness in problem-solving and initiative to learn new skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and work under tight deadlines

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,500 to $90,500. Exact salary depends on several
factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on
geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a
highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance
and company results.
