  The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) team is seeking a PAC-3 STE Career Staff Analyst located in Huntsville, AL. The selected candidate will be responsible for collecting and assembling data from multiple sources.

  Position Responsibilities Include:

  Conduct research and assists with the evaluation of organizational issues

  Support leadership in the strategic intent and directional focus of large facilitated meetings and events

  Summarize and review documentation and develop informational or technical materials

  Gather customer requirements for projects

  Develop and maintains the project schedule, monitors and tracks execution of the plan

  Work with the team to plan and execute employee-related activities and initiatives

  Plan and coordinates group-level facility requirements

  Provide status reports

  Maintain and tracks training requirements

  This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Huntsville, AL.

  This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

  Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  1+ years of experience in managing and facilitating meetings

  1+ years of experience developing and refining managerial level presentations

  1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office applications such as SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project

  1+ years of experience in a role developing, leading, and executing projects and utilizing project processes / skills

  3+ years of experience, skill, and ability to: collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data

  Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  A minimum of an Associate’s degree or years related work experience, or equivalent combination

  Experience with supporting deliverables for both internal and external customers.

  Experience building positive relationships, collaborating effectively, and communicating clearly.

  Ability to clearly communicate at the Senior Management Level.

  1+ years of experience in leadership either formally or informally leading teams in a cross functional environment.

  Typical Education/Experience:

  Associate (Level 2)

  Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 year’s related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).

  Mid-level (Level 3)

  Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

  Relocation:

  Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

  Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

  Summary pay range for Associate level (Level 2): $62,050 – $83,950

  Summary pay range for Mid-level (Level 3): $73,950 – $100,050

  Export Control Requirements: U.S. Government Export Control Status: This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required.
