Boeing Global Services is seeking an Associate or Experienced Procurement Analyst to join the Supplier Management team located in Long Beach, CA .
We are looking for a detail-oriented problem-solver. Be a part of meaningful change, as we examine and evolve our procurement processes, strategic understanding of our extended supply chain along with the risks and issues within our supply chain. The ideal candidate will have a unique blend of technical knowledge, analytical experience and supply chain experience.
Position responsibilities:
Defines, designs, plans, deploys and manage internal/external projects.
Develops processes and tools to measure key performance indicators.
Extracts, analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance-to-plan.
Develops, documents and implements processes and systems in support of company goals.
Supports the development and implementation of strategies.
Identifies and implements improvements to streamline and automate process flows.
Distributes, updates and tracks procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysis.
Assesses and reports compliance to internal/external stakeholders.
Develops risk mitigation plan.
Possess general understanding, ability, and knowledge to act independently when working routine problems or situations; Possess general knowledge of company and local policies, procedures and regulations

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite in Long Beach, CA. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes
3+ years of experience in a role that required project management skills
3+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams
3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in proposing, negotiating, and executing contracts and/or subcontracts is desired
3+ years of experience writing SQL or developing queries
3+ years of experience in presenting to audience
Bachelor's degree or higher
Typical Education/ Experience:
Level 2: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience , 7 years' related work experience, etc.).
Level 3: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
Relocation:

Summary pay range:
Level 2: $68,000 - $92,000
Level 3: $81,600 - $110,400
