ABOUT TEAM
ARC (Automation, Reinvention & Collaboration) team is part of Parametric Operations. This team is core to success of Parametric Operations and is inclined with vision of Ops2.0. This team works on identifying opportunities, developing prototype, building custom solutions and its implementations. This team also works with core technology team as SME from Operation.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of the Global Operations Team, the Operations Data Analyst is a hands-on contributor who plays a critical role in building an ecosystem and culture of data-driven decision making in Operations.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Understand existing legacy processes for multiple systems, then leverages that knowledge to propose, develop and implement an optimized automation leveraging any RPA tool and Python
· Leverages current available infrastructure to develop an automation bot.
· Creates pre- and post- test scripts for automation, writes code to develop RPA bots, deploys into production and provides level 3 support post-production.
· Think outside the box and beyond the basics to develop complex automation, leveraging knowledge of automation to replace manual (Excel-based) reporting with automated solution.
· Leverage available data sets to enrich existing manual processes.
· Do the code review, write effective code.
· Leverage a deep understanding of operations data in all aspect of work.
SKILL SET
Required Experience: 4 yearsSkill set: Software Development /Automation/Big Data/Python Jira/ Github
Primary Skills:
· Bachelor’s Degree (4-year degree) in Computer Science/Engineering, or similar required
· 4 years of software development experience as an individual contributor; with no less than 4 years’ experience in automation
· Hands-on expertise in JIRA, Github
· Hands on development in Python
· Must have developed automation orchestrator, unattended and attended complex automation bots.
· Experience in building multipurpose bots using same VDI.
· Web scraper, data reconciliation, client onboarding, task manager, email reader is some of the mandatory use-case, one must be having experience in developing by self
· Understanding of big data eco system is required.
Good to Have Skills:**
*· Financial industry experience specially in top tier financial GCC
· Tableau dashboard designing experience.
· Good process flow designer
· Should be able to challenge BAU.
· Logical in approach and successful in a startup environment
· Ability to understand business requirement and convert that into technological implementations.
· Quick learner, helpful, dependable & innovative
· Front office operations experience is strongly preferred.
