Your role
Do you have a proven ability to create a business development strategy? Are you an expert when it comes to implementing sales growth plans?
We're looking for an Assistant Market Executive to:
• act as a deputy to the Market Executive in the daily management of the Greater CA NV Market
• develop a structured coaching program for financial advisors, helping them identify and achieve their growth needs
• run regular sales meetings, assist with implementing growth initiatives, evaluate progress and create action plans to address underperformance
• when appropriate, manage and resolve all escalated issues, including financial, reputational, compliance, supervisory, operational and HR governance risks
• assist with selecting, hiring and on-boarding of financial advisors and oversee conversion of those transitioning
• serve as financial advisor to personal clients while managing market responsibilities

You'll be working as part of Wealth Management Americas for the Greater CA NV Market. We help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them.
Your expertise
• ideally 3+ years of experience in a similar role within a leading financial institution
• proven leadership experience
• series 7, 66, and 9/10
• motivated, self-directed and driven
• skilled at creating a positive business culture (you have the human touch)
