Responsibilities
The Opportunity
This role will be responsible for design and delivery for our SAP Cloud Solution for Employee Central integrations. This role is critical to the success of PepsiCo's cloud journey and will lead the functional teams on developing and maintaining integrations using the latest SAP technology and global standards. This role will provide functional and thought leadership in both system integration as well as application development and promote best practices in these areas. Act as trusted advisor to Application technology leads and 3rd party partners on all matters of integration design, development, execution, and support.
Your Impact.
As Associate Manager,Functional Analyst your scope would consist of:
Lead, develop and promote functional design standards, best practices, guidelines, and procedures for all cloud connector integrations from Employee CentralLook forward and Identify risks, highlight issues along with mitigation plan within integration strategyDrive application Integration strategy including roadmap definition and execution in collaboration with the various technology teams like Cloud Integration, Enterprise Architecture, Data Architecture etc-Identify and deliver process improvement initiatives Write and review statements of work with a focus on fixed bid delivery model to reduce cost and complexity Communicate and report to Sr. management on program status and updates Keep yourself updated with the latest and emerging technologies in the SAP Technical Integration area and deliver optimal values and solution
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
Experience
5 -7 years of SAP SuccessFactors functional support and/or multiple full life cycle implementations2+ years project management2+ years of people management
Non tech skills
Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills.Proven ability to prioritize work and delegate deliverables to a team of employees and contractors.Knowledgeable of Safe Agile framework
