  About the Team

  Our DashPass Partnerships team is dedicated to growing, improving and ensuring the mutual success of our integrated Partners. With our integrations, we manage a customer’s registration, benefit duration, and identification in real-time through custom integrations with our partners. As DoorDash expands the scale and breadth of integrated DashPass offerings, we are seeking talented individuals to join us and further enhance our technical prowess.

  About the Role

  DoorDash is looking for an Associate Manager to help manage and nurture relationships with our DashPass Partners, a critical part of DoorDash’s subscription business. We are seeking someone to join our team who can dive into data, triage nuanced issues, explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders, and assist our product team in identifying areas of opportunity. DashPass is one of DoorDash’s fastest growing & largest products, meaning you’ll have the opportunity to make a big impact on the company at large.

  Own the success of our DashPass Partner integrations by driving initiatives across technical teams, third party partners, and internal business stakeholders

  Identify, resolve, and escalate day-to-day integration-related issues

  Serve as the voice of DoorDash in managing external relationships with our DashPass partners, leading implementation and process improvement

  Partner with product, engineering, and growth operations to discover & drive opportunities for improvement that come from data analysis and merchant insights

  You’ll help define the integrations roadmap in collaboration with other product and operations owners

  Qualifications

  4+ years of experience leading technology integrations / implementation with partners

  Demonstrated technical knowledge of integrations, APIs and, webhooks

  Proven track record of leading initiatives, working cross-functionally and externally to achieve goals, and succeeding in a team environment

  Hands-on working SQL experience to troubleshoot and self-serve

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  Bachelor’s degree required

  Compensation

  The location-specific base salary range for this position is listed below. Compensation in other geographies may vary.

  Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.  For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location.  Please discuss your intended work location with your recruiter for more information.

  DoorDash cares about you and your overall well-being, and that’s why we offer a comprehensive benefits package, for full-time employees, that includes healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan including an employer match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, wellbeing benefits, paid time off, paid parental leave, and several paid holidays, among others.

  In addition to base salary, the compensation package for this role also includes opportunities for equity grants.

  California Pay Range:

  $102,600—$162,000 USD

  New York Pay Range:

  $108,000—$162,000 USD

  Washington Pay Range:

  $102,600—$154,000 USD
