  KPMG is currently seeking an Associate to join our Business Tax Services (https://tax.kpmg.us/content/tax/en/index.html) practice.

  Responsibilities:

  Assist in advising clients on a full spectrum of corporate and partnership tax services, including compliance, planning and research

  Prepare tax returns for a variety of clients, including corporations, S corporations, partnerships

  Participate with accounting for income taxes (ASC 740) and tax provision calculations

  Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team helping to provide industry knowledge and experience to clients

  Qualifications:

  Minimum one year recent public accounting and/or corporate tax experience

  Bachelors degree, J.D., LL.M. in taxation and/or Master’s degree in taxation (MST) from an accredited college/university

  Korean and English bilingual skill sets are required

  Knowledge of a broad range of corporate tax matters in various industries

  Experience with ASC 740 preferred

  Excellent research and writing skills
