　　Job Description

　　The Associate Internal Auditor will review and determine the reliability of internal controls, assist with various departmental projects and ensure compliance with Corporate and Legal guidelines. This dynamic position requires working with personnel across all functions of Kimberly-Clark and at all levels of responsibility. The Associate Internal Auditor role is expected to perform a full range of audits and investigations, including financial, SOX compliance and operational audits of Kimberly-Clark Corporation.

　　Responsibilities and requirements

　　Undergraduate degree with a major or minor in accounting, finance or related field1-2 years of public accounting and/or private industry audit experience with knowledge of accounting, finance and internal control areasA passion for working with peers and the business teamsBasic facilitation and collaboration skills, a flexible and friendly approach to working in teams and the attitude to always strive for the best outcomesEmpathy for the business point of view with the enthusiasm to support and build partnershipsContributes to risk assessmentsExecutes audit activities under direction of lead auditorsDemonstrates basic project management skills for engagement notification, task assignments and time managementBasic ability to apply analytical and interpretive skills to problem solvingBasic interviewing knowledge and abilities to communicate with other functionsBasic understanding and application of techniques to identify root cause of a problemAbility to move fast by leveraging agile ways of workingProfessional certification (CIA, CISA, CPA) or working towards certificationAbility to travel up to 10%
