About the Role
The Information Governance Manager will support the implementation of the Global Clinical Supply (GCS) Analytics Strategy, Secure governance around reporting and analytics by identifying, defining, implementing and sustain state of the art tools that grant validated transparency to drive performance improvements. Supports the Solution Owner by translating the business requirements to technical solutions and required implementations. Also defines required technical enablers to keep the solutions in good health.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Support the Global Clinical Supply Analytics roadmap by providing fit for purpose tools and reports. Interface SC business functions to understand reporting and analytics needs.
• Transform business reporting and analytics needs into easy to use tools for the SC stakeholders, being these self-service tools or tools provided in collaboration with IT.
• Design and deliver self-service analytic-applications (descriptive, predictive and prescriptive) reports, analyses, dashboards, etc.
• Ensure top class and state of the art engineering delivery, code management, automation and strive for highest efficiency.
• Ensure the overall user experience is taken into account when designing deploying new solutions and services.
• Ensure adherence to Security & Compliance policies and procedures as well as with other guidelines and standards. Drive data harmonization process from reporting and analytics perspective.
• Trigger the necessary maintenance of the reporting and analytic tools in portfolio to keep these in line with the business/organizational setup.
• Develop a deep understanding of our vast data sources and know exactly how, when, and which data to use to solve particular business problems.
• Educate, train, inform the GCS community on available tools for reporting and analytics to assure appropriate use. Establish a consistent, interoperable, and scalable data and information architecture to support current and future business activities

Role Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience as a Data expert with experience in Qlik Sense, Alteryx, Databases, data warehousing, SAP.
• Master of Science degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science or related field
• Solid understanding of the computer science fundamentals. Experience with data governance, data access, and data storage techniques
• Experience in interfacing SAP ERP and BI system. Master of Science degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science or related field
• QlikView, Alteryx, SAP BI, Formula 1, Snowflake, AWS.
• At least 5 years of experience in an IT organization, including in a role as a solution engineer
• Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills to present features and solution recommendations to senior stakeholders
