Associate HR

In the role of Associate HR, you will act as an expert for the project team to different stakeholders, ensure process compliances, resolution of escalations, track and report project status regularly and contribute to process improvements to sustain delivery predictability and meet client and internal commitments within the guidelines, policies and norms of the company.
Responsibilities: Represent Brand Infosys and be responsible for execution of branding strategy through action and communication with Vendors, candidates, and key stakeholders in order to position Infosys the Employer of Choice Track hiring trends in the market/region by competition in order to enhance the competitiveness of Infosys as an employer Implement the existing assessment tools and frameworks, suggest modifications/enhancements in order to ensure consistency and quality in selection process Serve as a single point of contact for matters related to the recruits from the time of acceptance to the time of joining in order to generate better conversion ratios and applicant delight The associate lead TA will explore innovative means/methods such social media, University/local bodies liaison, as per the staffing plan, to leverage various sourcing channels in order to achieve the recruitment target for the unit/region/geography Collaborate with vendor partners for managing the recruitment initiatives at the regional level, manage the existing relationships efficiently, articulate the current requirements in the unit/location/geography in order to enhance sourcing effectiveness and ensure success of the recruitment initiatives Suggest improvements to existing systems in order to enhance operational effectiveness Update systems, prepare and maintain MIS data from various HR systems on the Unit/Geography/Region level in order to facilitate easy decision making by key stakeholders Examine the process nuances (lateral hiring/entry level hiring) thoroughly, participate in vendor audits, and take care of adherence to set standards in order to be compliant Execute the sourcing plan by interacting with internal and external stakeholders in order to achieve unit/geography/region recruitment targets
Qualifications
Basic Bachelor's Degree At least 3years of relevant experience Preferred Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices, sourcing pools, recruitment laws and regulations Knowledge of selection tools and techniques, interviewing techniques Assess the target audience need, prepare and practice a logical flow, employ voice modulation techniques/gestures, and answer audience questions appropriately Interact regularly with key influencers within and outside own organization and use formal and informal opportunities available to build relationship by working on mutual areas of interest Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of key influencers within own organization and client organization and use social networks effectively Note : Applicants must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa (H1B or otherwise).
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
