We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Global Associate to join our Enterprise Learning & Leadership Development team, bringing a unique blend of design expertise, project coordination, event and expense management. As an integral member of our global learning and leadership development team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our projects and initiatives that fuel our talent's global collective success.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative and Design: Collaborate with internal teams to create visually appealing and effective design materials for various projects and campaigns. Ensure brand consistency across all design elements aligned to company brand standards. Fluency in design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant tools. Stay abreast of design and luxury trends and incorporate innovative ideas into our visual communications.
Project Coordination: Oversee end-to-end project management for strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and objectives in partnership with cross-functional project management offices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success. Maintain project documentation and update stakeholders on project progress in project management tools.
Leadership Scheduling: Coordinate schedules for leadership team members, optimizing productivity and ensuring efficient use of time. Act as a liaison between leadership and various departments and external partnerships, facilitating communication and alignment in a timely manner to support the execution of HR Strategy.
Team Engagement: Support an inclusive team environment that drives team engagement and collaboration. Organize and run monthly team meetings and create exciting team-building activities and events to strengthen relationships among team members and give back to our community.
Event and Expense Management: Plan and execute events and meetings. Manage supplies, expenses and logistics and submit department expenses according to finance department calendars to ensure timely expense management.
Qualifications
Skills and Qualifications:
2-3+ years of experience in beauty, luxury or adjacent category Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite Strong aesthetic sense and the ability to create visually compelling designs Strong communication, organization, presentation skills Proven time management skills, ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously Experience in planning and executing meetings and events Strong logistical and budget management skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines A collaborative team player with the ability to work within a team and with our partners Experience working in or a fast learner of project management software, such as Smartsheets, Wrike Strong attention to detail Ability to work effectively with a diverse global team Knowledge of social media trends - a plus
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,500 to $90,500. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
