About the role:
As part of the IT Supply Chain Support team, you will provide front-line support for our growing Supply Chain operations through Oracle Fusion Cloud apps, on-prem EBS, Custom applications, and more to help ensure our business partners 'continued success.
The individual we are looking to hire will work with a team of analysts and developers to support and enhance our custom applications that have been built to support our global supply chain operations. The IT Supply Chain Support team leverages a broad range of functional and technical skills toward the continued support of these apps. As an Associate Developer, you will be responsible for participating in the on-going maintenance and enhancements of our existing code base within an Agile framework. You will be expected to become an advocate for code quality and standards of development. You will also be expected to contribute to the technical designing of solutions of our complex business problems. When you are successful in this role, you will have a distinct impact on teams, products, and individuals outside of your own team. You will be expected to learn our business processes and procedures, participate in design meetings, propose and deliver solutions to existing problems, and work with business users to understand issues and validate solutions.
Responsibilities:
Participate in the support of existing Supply Chain applications Participate in strategic improvements to the operational resiliency and scalability. Provide Application solutions across different custom applications technologies and frameworks Guide and drive technical solutions to complex business problems Collaborate with various teams and business stakeholders to understand business requirements and propose technical solutions. Identify and remove technical impediments from the team. Testing the end-to-end solution to ensure complete satisfaction of internal and external users Participate in Agile SDLC Work with their functional counterparts to provide technical details of ask and work with them to deliver a technical solution. Define and manage automated testing of solutions to ensure complete satisfaction of internal and external users Create training documents, QA flows and work instructions so that solutions developed can be used by end users.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, MIS, or a technical-related field 0-4 years of Development experience in Custom Applications General development experience with technologies and frameworks such as - Java, Spring Boot JavaScript, NodeJS, and VueJS SQL, PL/SQL (Nice to Have) Oracle DB, MongoDB (At least one DB) MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Oracle SOA CS, WebMethods, or other integration platforms Kafka, RabbitMQ, JMS, or other messaging systems System design experience with SOA, REST, and Microservices Ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies, frameworks, and tools. Background and experience with ERP platforms such as Oracle EBS or SAP, including an understanding of how best to leverage them in a hybrid custom and off-the-shelf environment Experience leveraging integration platforms in a hybrid Cloud/on-premises environment Experience with working a support queue Ability to work and collaborate with business and cross-functional teams. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills. Ability to be self-directed and self-motivated Ability to be innovative, have outside-the-box creativity, and present alternative ideas To be a good active listener and communicator
