Looking for a career-building opportunity to work with Finance and Accounting department in a large global organization?
PtP Reporting Specialist ensures that external GR/IR open item are reconciled in accordance with monthly CPI supports all ad-hoc or periodical reporting activities
Your main responsibilities:
Develop and maintain collaboration with other finance functions in Group and Performance Units
Perform analysis to strengthen the business decision-making process to improve performance and/or securing compliance to global and local policies and procedures
Apply to best practice, global standards, policies, and processes within a specialized financial area
Support all periodical ad-hoc reporting activities
Internal / external audit support
KPI Reporting
PtP Status / Productivity reporting
Internal Control operation, review, and follow-up
Administrative support to senior reporting colleagues
To reconcile external GR/IR open items (attempts to solve the imbalances) in accordance with regional task split monthly CPI
Act as back-up for Reporting Team’s key processes in case of colleague’s absence
Your background:
Most likely to have 3+ years of relevant work experience
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Business Administration or Finance related studies
MS Office knowledge - advanced knowledge of MS Excel
Understanding of accounting principles
