Associate, Ecommerce - Estee Lauder Online:
The Associate, Ecommerce will lead all email and site content execution for Esteelauder.com and .ca. This individual will own the accurate and timely execution of email creation and onsite content partnering closely across copy and creative as well as onsite teams. The position requires a combination of analytical, strategic, and creative thinking in order to deliver revenue goals. The candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a deep understanding of e-commerce as well as email and content production. This position will report to the Executive Director, Ecommerce and work closely with the Manager of E-mail to deliver and achieve overall strategic and business objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Email:
• Manage weekly creative priority list for copy and creative team.
• Manage online creative portal (Wrike) to answer copy and creative questions.
• Own and maintain the email planner by partnering with Email manager on segmentation, exclusions, and disclaimers.
• Ensure timely and accurate hand over of assets to email partner Tinuiti.
• Partner with Email Manager as well as copy and creative to QA and approve all emails.
• Collaborate with cross functional partners on the site team to ensure inventory is available and site placements are accurate for email support.
• Maintain and forecast email allocation summary.
Site Assets:
• Partner with Executive Director, Ecommerce and Associate, Ecommerce Promotions on creative needs for upcoming promotions. Ensure information is accurately reflected in Wrike.
• Manage the tracking of homepage content refresh of US and CA. Collaborate with Director on homepage content strategy and ideation.
• QA test all site assets, including links pre and post launch, collaborating with creative and copy teams to gather holistic feedback, inclusive of Homepage, SAO, and Navy banners.
• Ensure site assets are handed over in properly optimized sizes to maximize site speed.
• Attend weekly site performance meetings to understand optimizations needed, partnering with internal and external teams to make performance updates in a timely matter.
Analytics & Reporting
• Lead data driven site asset requests utilizing new tools like Contentsquare to maximize conversion and reduce ineffective site content & workload.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2+ years experience.
• College degree required.
• Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task; Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; Strong organizational skills; Pro-active problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be a brand advocate and team player.
• Highly proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Aptitude for working with Internet tools (i.e. web-based reports, databases and various multimedia technologies).
• Thorough understanding of website metrics, data analysis, and reporting tools.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,500 to $90,500. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results as well as participation in the share incentive plan.
