Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated colleague to serve as a key person on the US Vaccine Portfolio Marketing Team. In this role, the candidate will steer the Digital Engagement Team (DET) as the Product Owner (PO) to drive strategic direction, prioritize across opportunities, and translate priorities into executional plans. You will guide the development of our data-driven customer experience and campaign planning for our vaccine confidence efforts to HCPs and HCCs as well as cross-portfolio marketing efforts with key organized customer segments including pharmacy, payers, large health systems, and employers.
Key assignments include:
Direct association with existing Vaccines Brand Product Owners/CEMLs, Marketing management and Vaccine Customer Marketing SMEs to socialize the Vaccine Portfolio Digital Engagement Team's strategy, align on priorities across segments, and develop integrated roadmaps which assist in achieving portfolio goals.Ensure alignment on what work commences through your assigned Portfolio DET and/or a brand specific DETTranslate quarterly business priorities to executional plans and ensure the DET is knowledgeable of the priorities and executional planDirect and motivate members of the DET to drive and deliver resultsDrive execution of the strategy and roadmap with partnership from necessary stakeholdersMaintain continuous feedback loop with key stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and incorporation of learningsContinuously and ruthlessly prioritize key business opportunities and refine the DET backlog to ensure the team is focused on the highest value opportunity
Education:
BA/BS DegreeAdvanced Degree MPH or MBA preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
5+ years of broad commercial experiences in biopharmaceutical industry, including sales, marketing strategy, and marketing support functionsStrong knowledge of marketing practicesKnowledge and success in cross-functional direction and teamworkStrength managing complexity and multiple contending prioritiesAppreciation of omnichannel marketing across digital and non-digital channelsStrong digital acumen and comprehension of criteria for effective digital contentDemonstrated ability to create solutions that drive value for our customers, incorporating innovative approaches where relevant.
Preferred Knowledge and Skills:

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
