We're looking for an Associate Director, Tech Quality and Test Engineer to:
• Design, build and maintain automation for testing the department's systems globally.
• Define the automation book of work, collaborating with the team to deliver efficiencies and productivity improvements via test automation.
• Manage, monitor and improve the test automation infrastructure.
• Develop automation code and integrate with existing tools to increase engineering productivity.
• Liaise with multiple stakeholders at all levels across the bank including international locations.
• Comply with CDIO test strategy, testing standards, templates, and test plans.
• Mentoring and managing team of software testers.

Your expertise
Education & Experience Requirement
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any), Computer Science, Computer information Systems or a related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or 5 years of experience as a Technical Test Lead, Technical Support Engineer, Software Engineer or a related occupation.
Position requires experience with the following:
• Java;
• UNIX;
• Selenium;
• CI/CD principles;
• Git Flow strategies;
• Agile methodologies;
• Data Normalization;
• Indexing strategies;
• Data Architecture;
• Sybase, Oracle and SQL databases;
• Refactor, improve and fix code quality issues.
